Now ("the App") is a meditation timer built by Brian Kemler. Your privacy is important. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
Now does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All meditation session data, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, the App writes Mindful Minutes to Apple HealthKit. This data is stored by Apple Health on your device and governed by Apple's privacy policies. The App does not read or share your Health data with any third party. You can revoke Health access at any time in Settings > Health > Now.
The App includes an Apple Watch companion. Session data is synced between your iPhone and Apple Watch over a direct encrypted connection using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. No data leaves your devices.
Now does not use any analytics services, advertising frameworks, or tracking tools. There are no third-party SDKs in the App.
If you enable daily reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to any server.
All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all associated data is permanently removed.
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
